My evaluation period expired before I really had a chance to try all the features! What can I do?
Simply quit and relaunch Illustrator. You'll get a fresh evaluation period.
Can I use a licensed copy on more than one machine?
Our software is licensed on a single-user basis. You may use the same license on two machines, but only if a single machine will be in use at any given time, such as on a desktop machine and the same user's laptop.
Do you have site licenses?

BetterHandles
What is the latest version?
The latest version for both Mac and Windows platforms is 1.31, released June 3, 2009.
What's new in this version?
Version 1.31 allows support for document-specific units settings (for CS3 and higher); it also fixes a couple of bugs. See the Change Log.
How do I update an older version?
With Illustrator quit, simply overwrite the old version of the plugin (inside Illustrator's Plug-ins/Tools folder) with the new one and relaunch Illustrator. Your old registration number will continue to work.
I marqueed several handles, but they weren't selected. Why not?
Are you using Illustrator CS3 or CS4 with Show handles for multiple selected anchor points enabled? BetterHandles can't see those kinds of handles. You may want to use BetterHandles' Show all handles on selected paths preference instead.

The latest version is 1.0. The version for Mac Illustrator CS2 was released April 4, 2007. The version for Mac Illustrator CS3 and CS4 was released June 18, 2007.

The latest version for both Mac and Windows platforms is 1.8, released March 10, 2009.
What's new in this version?
Version 1.8 has several new features, including measuring along a path, showing segment and path length while hovering, scale measuring, and path direction arrows. There are several other minor improvements, and there are two bugs fixed. See the Change Log.

What is the upgrade policy?

I don't see cursor highlighting or the measurements next to the cursor.
Assuming these features are turned on in the preference dialog, are you using an unregistered version? These features are enabled for only nine minutes after Illustrator is launched. You can restart Illustrator if you need more time to evaluate the plug-in.
